On July 17, 7:00 pm, outside of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1145 N 5th Avenue, St. Charles, IL. the anniversary of Rep. John Lewis’s passing. We Can Lead Change and others are holding a vigil as part of the national day of action to defend our democracy and carry forward his legacy of Good Trouble.

About the event
We Can Lead Change, Fox Valley Activists, Fox Valley Rising, HIKE Indivisible, Batavia-Aurora Indivisible, and Batavia, St. Charles, Western Kane, and Elgin Township Democrats will be hosting a vigil on July 17th, the anniversary of Congressman John Lewis' passing. We will be honoring his legacy by defending democracy and carrying forward his legacy of Good Trouble.
We will gather at 7:00 PM outside Bethlehem Lutheran Church, located at 1145 N 5th Avenue, St. Charles, IL. This will be a somber, one-hour event.
Bring a lawn chair if you need. We will be standing for an hour.
We will have people ready to assist you to sign up for Vote By Mail. Look for our Info table.
We will be taking the following donations for a local charity:
Pull-ups (Sizes 4T, 5T, 6T & 7T)
